Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Day Classes:
The Academy runs day classes from Monday to Thursday between 12.00 p.m. till 1.00 p.m.
These classes are open to all skill levels, from beginners right up to experienced students. The class focuses on building on skills and learning new techniques. Students are also given the opportunity to roll with different partners to allow you to practice skills that you have learnt during the session.
The coach will cater to your level, so everyone can enjoy the class and make maximum gains.
