Muay Thai
Day Classes:
The Academy runs day classes from Monday to Thursday between 12.00 p.m. till 1.00 p.m.
These sessions are open to all levels of skill from a beginner to a skilled fighter. Working a combination of fitness, conditioning and technique the classes are great for everyone.
Starting with a warm up (skipping, push up, sit ups etc) and then into some pad work, pending on the level of people in the class there may be sparring or contact work.
The coach will cater to your level, so everyone can enjoy the class and make maximum gains.
