What is Shoot Fighting?

Welcome to the fastest growing sport in the world!!

Shoot Fighting is a mixture of Stand Up, Take Downs, Ground Fighting and Ground and Pound!!

This class concentrates on closing the gap to secure a fast and effective takedown on a skilled opponent.

Basic Striking (kicks and punches, elbows and knees), footwork and explosive realistic shoots plus the skills on the ground of both wrestling and bjj.... this forms a combination that is hard to stop and even harder to defend against.

To be effective in the class, it is advised to also train in our BJJ and Muay Thai classes. This is not a MUST but is strongly suggested.

Please note: This class is one of our most intense cardio and body conditioning classes. Beginners are more then welcome, but train at your own pace.
